Once the initial phase of care— restoring balance to the nervous system—is complete, the next step is just as important: maintaining the health you’ve created. Ongoing weekly adjustments help support the body’s natural healing rhythms, strengthen immunity, and keep communication between the nervous system and body flowing with ease. This continued care nurtures long-term wellness, allowing for growth, resilience, and deeper alignment in everyday life.
Chiropractic care during pregnancy gently supports pelvic alignment, helping reduce discomfort and ease strain on the lower back. A well-aligned pelvis creates more space for baby to move and grow freely. Many expectant mothers begin care early in pregnancy to help nervous system function for baby and mom. This proactive approach supports growth and development of the baby and allows mom to sleep and digest better. Consistent care can also contribute to a smoother labor and delivery. Our goal is to help you feel supported, strong, and connected during this sacred season.
Chiropractic care for children offers gentle support for their growing bodies and developing nervous systems. Even the birth process can place stress on the nervous system, especially in the neck and upper back. Beginning care early helps reduce nervous system interference, supporting clear communication between the brain and body. In an effort to individualize each patient’s care, new patients will begin with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Jen to discuss current health concerns and future wellness goals. Following the consultation, a comprehensive examination—including CLA Insight Scans—will be performed (approximately 30 minutes).
Each membership includes one gentle chiropractic adjustment per week, supporting ongoing care and consistency. To ensure continued progress, patients also receive a complimentary re-examination and CLA Insight Scan every 12 visits or three months—whichever comes first. These regular check-ins allow us to assess how your body is responding and make any needed adjustments to your care plan. It’s our way of staying attuned to your healing journey. At TLC, your care evolves with you. Wellness is not one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, and so is our approach.

To personalize your care from the very beginning, all new patients start with a complimentary consultation with Dr. Jen. This one-on-one conversation allows space to discuss your current health concerns and long-term wellness goals. After the consultation, a thorough examination will be performed. This includes advanced CLA Insight Scans to assess nervous system function. Every step is taken with care and intention. Your journey to wellness begins here—with clarity, compassion, and support.
